相关卫生标准：生标准分为原材料和产品两个方面。关于塑料膜原材料相关卫生标准，我国早在1988年分别针对食品包装用聚乙烯、聚苯乙烯、聚丙烯等树脂制定了《食品包装用聚乙烯树脂卫生标准》、《食品包装用聚苯乙烯树脂卫生标准》《食品包装用聚丙烯树脂卫生标准》。
关于塑料包装产品的卫生标准检测项目则较为复杂。包括《食品包装用聚氯乙烯成型品卫生标准》.《复合食品包装袋卫生标准》
关于《乳化炸药》等相关标准规定：工业炸药内包装可采用药卷、中包或衬袋包装等形式。目前，乳化炸药生产企业习惯对塑膜小药卷乳化炸药采用中包包装的形式。鉴于乳化炸药本身防水抗潮性能好，采用塑膜包装的药卷本身具有较强的抗压防变形能力，经充分调查研究，拟取消中包作内包装，以提高小药卷乳化炸药包装效率。
同时，对取消中包的乳化炸药塑膜小药卷在包装方面提出以下要求：生产企业取消中包包装后，应提高包装箱质量，增强包装箱防潮性能和抗压强度，同时在箱上标注箱内药卷的支数，并放置 数量的包装袋以方便炸药的发放。
